Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Our shipping is based on item weight with flat rates & we only ship within the USA (lower 48 only) excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from the first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.

Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.

Economy: Ships within 3 days, arriving 7 business days after the order was placed.

Standard: Ships within 2 days, arriving 6 business days after the order was placed.

Preferred: Ships within 1 days, arriving 4 business days after the order was placed.

Expedited: Ships within 1 days, arriving 3 business days after the order was placed.

Express: Ships within 1 day, arriving 2 business days after the order was placed.

Some items if on back order will take longer, and this difference is noted on the item page. We’ll let you know throughout the checkout process if you’ve chosen one of these items before you pay for your order.

Returns & Cancellation

To cancel an order

All orders need to be canceled if you change your mind within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please reach us via our Contact Us page to get changes or cancellations done.

To return an item

Please note that for all impacted orders, Éclat trade LLC will by default issue a credit on your account unless otherwise requested. All order credits are only eligible for refund within 30 days from the credit date.

For items that are damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please contact us so we can best serve you and provide you with return instructions.

  1. A return claim can only be made for orders up to 30 days past the day the order was delivered.
  2. Once the claim has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team. This will also signify that the request has been received for review.
  3. You can typically expect an update on the status of your claim within 3-4 business days of them receiving the request. During this time, if your order is eligible for a free return label, you will receive an attachment with the label. There may be instances where this is delayed or we request additional information.
  4. Once the process of reviewing a return claim is completed and we approve the return, you will have 7 business days to send the package back to us for a credit.
  5. For return packages, you will receive an email with label along with the return # to reference. Please be sure that it is visible on the box.
  6. We will not be processing refunds on jewelry items returned outside the 30-days timeline. All packaging must be in tact and used items cannot qualify for a full refund of your jewelry purchase. A 25% restocking charge will apply on all jewelry returns.

Please also note that a 15% restocking fee is required for all jewelry buyers. Items returned for credit which are missing components or look severely damaged may be ineligible for a full refund.
